Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was not what I thought it was and the customer service rep was great about explaining that the kind of program I sought just wasnt available for my cell phone and gave me a return authorization number promply and pleasantly. I had postponed buying leather cases for two Nextel cell phones because they were so expensive at the Nextel store (more than $25). So I decided to check online and found Accessorygeeks.
